My dream is to develop foods that can be easily consumed by people with chronic illnesses or allergies. I had type 1 diabetes when I was a child and had to restrict my diet for a period of time, so my dream is to be able to eat without worrying about my chronic illness. I majored in life science at Gakushuin University, so I would like to make use of the knowledge I acquired when developing food products in the future. At Gakushuin University, I studied life sciences and also learned a little about medical aspects such as drug discovery science, so I would like to make use of this experience while developing food products.
