Create export and import documentation in support of movement of spare parts, return Shipments, RMA’s and drop ships. • Support internal and external customers by providing timely status updates. • Coordinate with customer service, field service and 3PLs for timely and accurate Shipment releases and deliveries. • Work with carriers to track shipments status and provide timely POD’s. • Support recordkeeping and audit process. • Analyze data and work with internal partners to create meaningful metrics and KPI’s. • I participated in the founding Jumia Food Project .

Fulfilment Project : Offloading delivery trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse

• Arranging incoming deliveries in designated storage areas
• Performing warehouse duties using pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts
• Read and decipher work orders
• Locate and extract merchandise from shelves and storage areas
• Confirm merchandise information matches that of the work order
• Inspect merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities
• Pack merchandise for delivery
• Transport packed items to the delivery trucks
• Finalize work orders and update the database
• Adhere to state health and safety practices

Generate monthly reports of inventory levels for management.

Manage storage and handling of inventories in warehouses.

Prepare budgets and manage expenses within budgets.
