The role entails leading progress meetings, coordination sessions, and workshops while fostering collaboration among various disciplines. Additionally, oversight of inspections for all testing and commissioning of electrical and ELV systems within buildings and infrastructure is essential, ensuring that all inspection reports are accurate and that attached documents are current. The position also requires supervising the coordination between the main contractor and subcontractors to maintain effective communication. Furthermore, oversight of work procedures and method statements is necessary to ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating with key stakeholders such as the Military Police, Signal Corps, the Navy, and the Central Fire Department.

To coordinate between the client and all the main &sub-contractors for the authorities’ issues (Kahramaa, Ashghal, and civil defence), Seeking and following up all Electrical permits for the heritage buildings under the PEO, Inspect and monitor the sites before the civil defence inspection and the internal inspection from Kahramaa, Prepare reports of the status of sites permits, handling the problems between the client the contractor to solve and accelerate the work

• Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections.
• Coordinate all site inspections with the site main contractors.
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are the current status.
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system.
• Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested.
• Prepare non-conformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
• Coordinate with the customers QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems. Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained.
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customer's contract specializations.
• The issuance of nonconformance reports in conjunction with the site QC manager.

Project:

• Burullus Gas Field phase VII site (Egypt), 4 Billion USD.

• Plan and carry out the maintenance operations necessary for theProduction line.
• Responsible for planning and achieving the production plan (among the operations team).
• Responsible for monitoring by SCADA System (BMS) and managing shop-floor operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment reliability issues.
• Plan and carry out the maintenance operations necessary for the production lines and the heavy equipment (leoche mills, extruders, rotor dryer, filters, double shaft mixers, gearboxes, generators, air compressor, wheel louder and fork left).
• Responsible for spare parts procurement.

Assembly & Construction Engineer

• Responsible for all equipment installation at the site.
• Responsible for carrying out all electrical installation at the site including all operating systems after the startup of the factory.
• Carry-out the assembly and erecting operations of the factory production lines among the assembly team and with the help of assembly experts.
• Responsible for the cable pulling and termination processes.
• Manage the hiring or purchasing of the assembly equipment required for the operations (Cranes, Fork-lifts, special gadgets... etc.).
• Reading mechanical layout.

• Study contract & Reading drawings and identification required by the contract with the client.
• Issuance of purchase orders.
• Technical reports for the required materials.
• Electrical Installation works for Medium Tension Distribution Panel, Transformer, Low Voltage Panels, control panel, cable laying, Fire Alarm System, Lighting System, earthing System, Lightening protection System, Communication System and Control System.
• The connection for all electromechanical equipment’s at the site.
• Testing, Commissioning and Startup for all Electrical Systems.
• Electrical works at the Buildings and Fences. Site electrical services during construction operations. Holding all test for low, medium & high voltage cables.
• Reading electrical layout and piping& instrumentations drawing.
