Working as a litigation specialist at TLT LLP, I specialised in mortgage arrears cases. My primary responsibility involved representing clients like Barclays or Lloyds in legal actions to recover outstanding balances. In some cases, their may be the need to arrange for hearings or evictions. Despite the intense emotions that can arise in the process, I found the work incredibly fulfilling. By helping people dealing with the cost of living crisis, we could assist them in addressing their debt. This position has provided me with valuable knowledge about the legal aspects of property and financial law, contributing to my personal development.

As a self-employed part-time Social Media Manager amidst the challenges of COVID-19, I successfully collaborated with notable influencers with follower counts ranging from 300,000 to 24.7 million. I orchestrated impactful social media campaigns, developed tailored content strategies, and played a key role in brand positioning. In the face of uncertainties, I demonstrated adaptability, successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Through analytics-driven insights, I ensured the optimization of campaigns, contributing to the growth of both influencers and brands in a dynamically changing online landscape.

As a voluntary victim support worker in a criminal court, my primary responsibility was to provide emotional and practical support to victims of crime before, during, and after their court appearance. This involved meeting with victims to discuss their concerns and informing them about the legal process. During court proceedings, I would accompany victims to the courtroom and provide ongoing reassurance and support. I also helped victims understand the verdict and provided guidance on next steps. In addition, I worked closely with other professionals such as legal representatives, police officers, and social workers to ensure that victims received the necessary support and assistance. Overall, my role as a voluntary victim support worker was rewarding and allowed me to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by crime
