I am excited to be part of this company, to be able to demonstrate the skills that I have obtained and the new ones that I can develop in a work environment such as a very popular food chain. I am interested in starting this new stage of training, either to serve the valued customers or support from the kitchen where the culinary magic happens. The techniques and skills that I develop throughout my career are based on small business management and entrepreneurship experience, as well as team support, leadership, administration, and self-criticism in risky situations. It is also worth mentioning my taste for learning and my great attachment to the jobs that I have been given the confidence to do, that being said, the position I am applying for today is for cook/preparator. Where I am familiar from my previous job in an Italian restaurant, in that work experience I came to observe the various preparation and organization processes to be able to provide the needs of the diners. In addition to being mentally and physically trained, I also find myself in time of availability and flexibility of time.
