  • Responsible for Designing Innovative & Commercial Leathers. The developments are either a briefing from sales or

based on the Designers own ideas and insights.

  • Designing and drawing of bags, wallets and belts on the illustrator, using the RD works program, cutting on the laser cutting machine, and sealing products on the sewing machine.
  • Creating designs using sketches and digital drawing software.
  • Ordering the different materials & accessories required for the production
  • Creating samples
  • Making sure the quality of the products received are within our quality standards
  • Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
  • Managing the design process from conception through to final styling.
  • Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and create new concepts.
  • Ensuring the product is in agreement with the business strategy
  • Selecting fabrics and leather
  • Creating production sketches for development packages.
