I am hired to develop an FSM system for a leading FMCG company as a lead front-end developer. At the moment, I have assembled a team with which we deliver the finished product to the customer by the end of the year, and in the future we will be engaged in its support and new projects.

My responsibilities include:

• Conducting interviews into my team, and into teams of other company projects.
• Organizing processes within the team. Code reviews, meetings, syncs, code assistance, discussions of best practices to be followed by the entire team.
• Conducting code review.
• Helping colleagues find points where they need to grow and develop to improve their level, assessment of the level of each developer in the team.
• Drawing up a work plan for each of the team members based on their experience and workload.
• Development of user interface interfaces (UI) using frameworks Vue.js .
• Creation of reactive components and reusable UI elements for convenient user interaction with the application.
• Integration of frontend code with backend services, ensuring effective data exchange.
• Optimize the performance and responsiveness of the user interface.
• Development of adaptive and cross-browser interfaces to support various devices and platforms.
• Testing and debugging of the frontend code, ensuring a high level of product quality.
• Compliance with development standards, architectural principles and best practices in frontend development.
• Analysis and optimization of existing code and development processes.

I was a part of a team that is rewriting from django to vue js 3, and improving aarki's internal website for employees. The site is designed for aarki employees to work with advertising, from creating to viewing revenue and information about users who viewed the ad.

Later, I got a promotion at work, and actually became the team leader of the new team(since the old team in full went to other projects). I helped new developers to dive into the project, conducted code reviews, coordinated the work of programmers, and worked on the system architecture.

I was part of a team that developed and maintained a telemedicine consultation system that working in many regions of Russia using MERN(mongo db, express js, react js, node js, docker) stack, and a part of microservices were written on Nest js, so I have a little experience with this technology.

I made sites of varying degrees of complexity using popular in Russia CMS Bitrix and also engaged in the support, improvement, and SEO optimization of sites that were created by the company.

I made a website selling pet products for a local company in my city. After making the site, I made new features to this site by company request and set up SEO optimization.

As a result:

• A website optimized to 90+ lighthouse score was created and launched in hosting.
• Within the first month, the website gained over 1000 unique users and ranked 1-5 on search engines (depending on search parameters).
• The website was 100% ready to work on devices with a resolution of 360 to 4000 pixels.
• In the first month of its existence, the website provided to the company with more than 70 orders and significantly increased the company's awareness.
