I was hired to develop the FSM system of a large FMCG company as a Lead frontend developer.

My responsibilities included:

• Conducting interviews in my team and in the teams of other projects of the company.
• Organization of processes within the team. Code reviews, meetings, synchronizations, help writing code, discussions of best practices that the entire team should follow.
• Conducting a code review.
• Helping colleagues find points where they need to grow and develop to improve their level, evaluating the level of each developer in the team.
• Drawing up a work plan for each of the team members based on their experience and workload.
• Development of user interfaces (UI) using the framework Vue.js .
• Creation of reactive components and reusable user interface elements for convenient user interaction with the application.
• Integration of frontend code with backend services, ensuring efficient data exchange.
• Optimize the performance and responsiveness of the user interface.
• Development of adaptive and cross-browser interfaces to support various devices and platforms.
• Testing and debugging of frontend code that ensures a high level of product quality.
• Compliance with development standards, architectural principles and best practices of frontend development.
• Analysis and optimization of existing code and development processes.

Later, I received a promotion at work, but I continued to perform the same duties as before.

I was a part of a team that is rewriting from django to vue js 3, and improving aarki's internal website for employees. The site is designed for aarki employees to work with advertising, from creating to viewing revenue and information about users who viewed the ad.

Later, I got a promotion at work, and actually became the team leader of the new team(since the old team in full went to other projects). I helped new developers to dive into the project, conducted code reviews, coordinated the work of programmers, and worked on the system architecture.

I was part of a team that developed and maintained a telemedicine consultation system that working in many regions of Russia using MERN(mongo db, express js, react js, node js, docker) stack, and a part of microservices were written on Nest js, so I have a little experience with this technology.

I made sites of varying degrees of complexity using popular in Russia CMS Bitrix and also engaged in the support, improvement, and SEO optimization of sites that were created by the company.

I created an online store for a local pet product company in my city. After creating the site, I added new features based on the company's request and implemented SEO optimization.

As a result:

• I created a website optimized for 90+ Lighthouse score and hosted it on a reliable server.
• Within the first month, we gained over 1,000 unique visitors and ranked #1-5 in search engines, depending on the search parameters
• The site was fully responsive, working on devices from 360 pixels to 4,000 pixels.
• In just one month, the site generated more than 70 orders for the company and significantly increased their visibility.
