1- HR efficient support to business unit Recruitment function ( Filtering , screening and required recruitment process and identify hiring needs )
2- HR efficient support to business unit Personnel function ((Meet the requirements with social insurance and manpower ensure HR documentation is kept up to date Files and database) Updating data base for all employees and Entering new employee data into the company database
3-HR efficient support to business unit Payroll function attribute each month (Preparing Payroll sheets for employees)
4-Prepare required reports ( Daily reports to the manufacturing business , Absence reports and all reports required in each HR function )
5-Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
6-HR efficient support to business unit in Training Function (Assisting in preparing the required training for other departments )
7-Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
8-Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
9-Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
10-Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop policy and solve problems
11-Develops contract terms for new hires and transfers
12-Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
13-Calculating employee work hours & Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
14-Responding to employee questions about benefits, and deductions.
15-Performs other related duties as assigned
