1- I work directly with customers to make sure they have a good experience.

2- Every day, I answer questions, solve problems, and help people understand our products or services. I speak with customers over the phone and I always try to stay polite, friendly, and professional. 3- If a customer has a complaint, I listen carefully and try to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

4- I also follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with the solution.

5- I work closely with other departments like sales or technical support to give customers the right answers. Our main goal is to keep customers happy so they continue to trust and choose our company.

1- I help customers who come into the shop to buy clothes , talk to them to understand what they’re looking for, and give them suggestions on what suits them. We make sure the shop is always clean and tidy, and that all the clothes are displayed nicely.

2- I also help with trying on clothes, finding sizes, and answering any questions the customer has. When the customer is ready, we take payment at the cashier. Sometimes, we help with unpacking new stock, arranging items on shelves or hangers, and keeping everything organized.

3- The most important part of the job is to make every customer feel happy and comfortable so they come back again.
