• Informing and creating priority cases when an entire hotel has lost its network

The specificity of the operator's work lies in the fact that his main achievement is the precise fulfillment of the tasks that he faces.

I do my job responsibly and well, this is my main achievement during these 4 months in the company.

1. Development of documentation to accelerate the training of new employees.
2. Making adjustments to the customer service quality control system, which solved the key problems of the new department.
3. High indicators of quality and efficiency. Thanks from guests and hotel staff.
