Listening to customer calls and video presentations, shadowing customer interactions, and sales staff workflow with a focus on quality assurance, sales skills, & efficiency (30-40%)
Support Agents, and Acquisition Specialists to develop their skills to achieve their goals and KPI targets. Coaching will consist of 1:1 coaching and group delivery with an emphasis on situational role-playing (30-40%)
Assist the leadership and program team to improve the program by providing feedback based on sales staff and customer observation & coaching
Develop training materials, role-play scenarios, learner and coaching guides, sales scripts, and other materials to help the team win
