12 years working experienced in Social & Environmental sustainability at EU brands (H&M 10 years, C&A 1.5 year) and 4 years working experienced in supplier in HR/Admin and Compliance before joining brands. In additional, I am currently working in GIZ Cambodia as "Supply Chain sustainability development Advisor " Through my experience & knowledge I had played an important role in developing and leading production units with constant improvement across environmental and social KPIs. I made strong cooperation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders ( BFC; GIZ; TAFTAC; WWF etc) aligned with our strategy and our global objectives. I had a close relationship with the production units allowing a proactive and developing relationship, building the units capacity and capabilities towards with brand agendas.

In my career objective: To improve an organization’s sustainability while balancing the economic and social/environmental aspects of it. This might include improving human rights, working conditions, manufacturing processes and making products more sustainable.

Key responsibilities:

Conducts Social Audits in FFC platform

  • Initial quality check of submitted Social audit reports in the system for other social Developers.
  • Engages with suppliers/PU’s to support the SLCP process, including but not limited to: Joint Assessments, review of SLCP results, SLCP Verifications (relevant only for SLCP approved verifiers), onboarding visits for SLCP PUs
  • Engages with ILO Better Factories Cambodia to support Better Work Assessments/ Advisory Services Program
  • Manages and supports the execution of the remediation process for lower rated PUs, including meeting with suppliers & physical remediation visits of PU’s to observe progress, helping suppliers/ PUsto explore and act upon best possible sustainable solutions.

Main duties of responsibilities:

  • Lead and Implement project activities to improve the social and environmental sustainability performance of the textile garment sector
  • Capacity building of the close partnership with textile and garment factories to improve their sustainability in the topics of the waste management, energy, grievance and data management
