- Independently managed employee lifecycle operations for the Vietnam region and backup for JP,KR, other SEA countries, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, conducted monthly audits of payroll processes
- Collaborated with local HRBP, legal team, finance team and other related team to facilitate various HR functions specific issue
- Regularly review SOP procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead and processing project management, including but not limited to drafting proposals, initiating projects, hosting the brainstorms, negotiating with POCs
Local Ops/global projects: VN employee handbook draft, review & government registration; global attendance rule set up & launch doorkey system for the countries that already established legal entity; responsible for expatriate trainings before their global assignment, compose training materials, meeting memo, portal updates
Vendor management projects: VN work visa vendor bidding and selecting, reduced the cost and increase the success rate of work permit application; work with payroll vendor to prepare monthly government reports
System enhancement projects: Collecting painpoints and new requirements for SF, expats systems, work with HRIS team to find the solutions and help testing in UAT module
Data audit project: Conduct the weekly data audit and summarize the logical rules of each audit line and draft the templates for public announcement to the whole team
