Provide support to Budget Managers for sub-grants to partners and manage the program grants. closely work with partner program and finance staff and follow up the timely clearing of liquidation and reimbursement documents, advance requests and quarter cash forecast request and strengthen partner’s grant management capacity, improve communication and enhance effective delivery of program implementation

• Supervise all operation team and raise their capacity building

• Prepare budget and assist program team in preparing proposals and concept note
• Insure that all reports (financial, program) has been prepared as required, on time in certain template
