• built all design processes in the product from scratch;

• integrated the design phase into the overall product workflow (Definition of Ready, design reviews, etc.);

• developed Design System and refined the interaction process between designers and developers.

• developed a growth system and OKRs for designers;

• conduct the hiring and onboarding process.

• responsible for the acquisition part of the funnel in the application interface;

• developed a design strategy for transitioning the product from a niche app to an ecosystem superapp;

• designed a segment for selling services simultaneously on the client side and the service provider side.

• conducted rapid experimental launches and carried out user research, including in-depth interviews.

• was responsible for the B2C direction in the interface of a mobile application;

• conducted a complete redesign of the service catalog;

• designed features that directly impact sales;

• also was in charge of the Design System for all products, both mobile and web. I developed components and guidelines for designers and developers
