    Animal models – mouse TAC and myocardial infarction model preparation, animal breeding, animal handling (cardiac echocardiography, drug treatment (intramyocardial injection & tail vein injection) etc)

    Cell biology – human peripheral blood neutrophils, mammalian and primary cell culture (CMs, Fbs, BMDMs)

    Stem cell biology – bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells isolation (mouse C57BL/6 or rat SD) and culture. Strong expertise in the preparation and characterization of exosomes derived from stem cells

    Histology and microscopy – immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence staining, H&E staining, Masson staining, tissue preparation, freezing microtome, paraffin slicer etc. Hands on experience in fluores

    Molecular biology & Biochemical technique – RNA isolation, qPCR, protein extraction, Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry etc.

    Biomedical materials - Familiar with the preparation and characterization of myocardial patches, injectable hydrogels, microneedle patches and extracellular matrix free (ECM) hydrogels.

    Software – Microsoft Office, Prism 10, Endonote, Image J etc. Scientific drawing tool (Biorender.com).
