Purchasing:

• Responsible for the global procurement of electric tools to ensure a steady supply and totally purchasing volume of up to 1 million NZD per month.
• Sales forecasting/purchase demand, inventory holding and MPI progress, followed up the delivery schedule after releasing the purchase order, negotiated to deal with the abnormal situations such as quantity shortage, shipment delay.
• Placed more optimization efforts on procurement demand forecast, adopted priority to the best-selling category set the minimum order quantity and other ways to carry out lean procurement management.

Warehousing:

• Rebuilt the rules and regulations of warehouse workflow including _standard operation guideline, health and safety operation norms, staff management regulations _and third-party warehouse management rules.
• Designed the three-dimensional storage layout of self-owned and third-party warehouses to maximize the storage capacity and turnover.
• Dealt with historical dead stock and regularly organized stock-taking to re-organize slow-moving stock. Controlled the storage based on historical sales data, forecast of new product and sales volume of competing goods.

Main Responsibility:

• Responsible for the inbound and outbound standard mail of Xinjiang, supervised the transportation capacity and quality of airmail and land postal, coordinated the schedules of civil aviation to arrange shipping space, to handle more than 1.3 million pieces of mail per day and ensure that the transportation time limit in 34-48 hours.
• Monitored routine duties of each Tacking Express outlets and lead the improvement project in the region, found out the causes of unqualified delivery by analyzing abnormal mail, formulated targeted solutions, and conducted daily supervision, established the responsibility system and linked up with KPI rewards of managers.
• Collected monthly cost data and double-checked with civil aviation companies for accuracy, submitted to the financial department for approval and payment.
• Assisted customer service department to provide excellent logistics service for key accounts, settled the serious complaints and ensured service satisfaction rate.

Job Achievement:

• Improved the flight plan execution rate and mail delivery rate, compacting airline flight schedules, and drafting KPI mechanism.
• During the working period, the civil aviation flight plan execution rate increased from the initial 50% to 95%, and the Mail delivery rate increased from the initial 40% to over 90%.
