My responsibilities include strategic areas such as team training and development, setting performance targets, and identifying annual risks. Cost efficiency is achieved through the evaluation of the annual budget work program, supplier selection, and the creation of alternative sources. In addition, cost-saving and rebate initiatives are carried out along with raw material cost analyses. Market monitoring, cost analysis, index preparation, control of theoretical cost lists, and invoice variance checks are also performed. Other key responsibilities include strategy and KPI determination, data analysis during meetings with global partners, and reporting processes. Supplier development, tracking quality issues, and performance evaluation are part of my duties. Sustainability processes are closely monitored and updated as needed. Furthermore, responsibilities extend to the completion of annual contracts, reporting, regulatory compliance, addressing internal company report and information requests, as well as organizing meetings. This also includes conducting high-level negotiations and decision-making with Buyers from our global partners such as Akzo Nobel and Kansai Altan.
