Ensure maintenance activities are proactively coordinated within areas of responsibilities of Employee. Ensure timely documents review and commenting to Engineering and Projects department on new facilities when requested. Generally, assist the maintenance manager in the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department. Request and receive materials. Prioritize job tasks while participating in the hands-on work process. Recommends repairs, supervises the maintenance of tools and equipment, and determines work procedures. Train, direct, organize and supervise a crew on the job site for quality work and efficient production. Typically deals with several problems at the same time. Assess and accurately communicate daily progress to Site Management. Brief crews on daily work to be done while providing motivation to employees on assigned tasks. Conduct toolbox safety meetings which include enforcing safe work practices, work permits and the JSA process. Notify Site Management of project challenges or issues and suggest possible solutions and alternatives.

• Following up on all activities related to the purchasing department, such as providing financial allocations for purchase orders, following up on estimated costs for purchase orders, and following up on electronic device specifications, in addition to coordinating with the rest of the company’s departments on all matters related to the purchasing department.
• Coordination with the Department of warehouses for the withdrawal of materials for the purpose of maintenance of cars and heavy equipment.
• Coordination with the car repair and purchase committee in order to prepare documents related to the materials to be purchased or repaired.
• Managing the workshops related to the maintenance of cars and heavy equipment division in order to complete the work properly.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, as well as preparing technical reports related to cars and heavy equipment and delivering them to higher authorities.
