I'm currently employed as a Business Analyst at Orange IT Ltd.-(United Group). With 3.8 years of experience in Information Technology Support. My responsibilities encompass project management, business process analysis, and the development of functional specifications for Orange IT Ltd within the United Group. I have successfully overseen the project management and implementation of B2B solutions, including a Customer Ordering Mobile Application, Delivery Assistant for various clients of EON SYSTEMS. Additionally, I have provided IT operational support, handled data reporting, managed IFS ERP system and Business to Business (B2B) solution implementations for Apex Footwear Limited.
