Charlene C Capps

My name is Charlene Capps, I'm currently seeking a career helping others. I have the motivation and desire to learn what's needed to help those in need. I have a desire to learn corporate formalities, customer service, and how to interact with clients on a high level. I have experience in a variety of fields, working by phone and face to face to assist customer needs. I have experience in the retention department de-escalating problems by actively listening and then formulating a solution using my problem solving training via telephone. I also, have experience in an office setting where I have used my critical thinking skills and excellent communication to empathize with customers.
