Summary

I am passionate about information technology, especially software testing. I am looking for a professional working environment as well as improving my personal and testing skills to contribute to software development for the company. My goal in the next two years, I also want to become a Middle Tester.

Performed UAT testing on the main functionality of one application (Transport Management System).

Logged bugs in Excel and Jira and coordinated with the Vendor to review and fix issues.

Role as Application Support (L2):

Received incidents and issues from users based on the support model (L1, L2, L3). Performed initial checks and fixes or escalated to the Vendor if beyond capacity.

Supported and guided L1 and end users on application functions and correct feature usage.

Conducted UAT testing for new application functionalities released by the Vendor.

Reported bugs and errors to the PO during support activities.
