Summary

I am passionate about information technology, especially software testing. I am looking for a professional working environment as well as improving my personal and testing skills to contribute to software development for the company. My goal in the next two years, I also want to become a Middle Tester.

Role as Tester within 3 months:

Perform test UAT main functional 1 application (Transport Management System)

Log bug in Excel and Jira, communicate to Vendor to check and fix issue

Role as Application Support (L2):

Received incident, issue from user base on support model (L1,L2,L3). Perform check and fix this issue or raise for Vendor if beyond capacity

Communicate with stakeholder to improve process support and function application

Support, explain to L1, user about function of app, how to use feature correctly

Testing UAT production new functional of app when Vendor release any new function

Report to PO, Biz team when finding bug/error in application while progress support
